Successfully planned and led 3 major head office people and property rationalisation programmes from inception. Two of these were as a result of merger and acquisition activity to achieve an integrated Target Operating Model.  


Led over 10 new business unit launches including (from concept through to completion) the successful launch of UK’s first high net worth online bank and a 2 major fashion retail brands. 

Led 5 successful cost reduction programmes within service delivery organisations, delivering annual operational cost savings in excess of £7.5m, on time and under budget

Developed a leadership “tool set” for overcoming organisational inertia, delivering cultural change and developing high performing teams, used successfully with a range of clients over a 20-year period.
